Job summary

Nabors Pools LLC is seeking a Service Level II Pool Technician to service weekly residential and light commercial pools on an assigned route. You will test and balance water chemistry, clean equipment, document services digitally, and perform approved minor repairs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will build on Level I skills, work with increasing independence, and report to the Lead Technician.

Qualifications

Demonstrated proficiency as a Service Level 1 Technician.
Working knowledge of pool service, water chemistry, filtration, circulation, and pool equipment.
Ability to perform approved filter cleans and minor repairs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Professional customer-service skills.
Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Test and balance water chemistry each visit (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium, CYA).
Apply Langelier Saturation Index and dose chemicals to balance water.
Identify and correct corrosive or scaling conditions.
Prime pumps and ensure full flow before leaving a site.
Operate and adjust valves, actuators, and automation/timers.
Perform approved minor pool equipment repairs within training and skill level.
Complete scheduled filter cleans and document results with photos.
