Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair pool equipment—pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing lines.
- Handle vinyl liner replacements and repairs with craftsmanship.
- Troubleshoot complex issues that routine techs pass up.
- Perform equipment installs and upgrades for existing and new clients.
- Mentor and support junior technicians when needed.
- Represent Puddle's standard of quality on every job.
