Celanese in Florence, KY is seeking a Senior Engineer, Product Technology to lead development for the POM product family. Based on-site, you will own new product development, guide cross-functional teams, and drive technology value from lab to customer qualification.

You will collaborate with business management, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory groups to align technical objectives with market needs and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in materials-related discipline required.
3+ years in thermoplastics manufacturing or product development with DOE experience.
Strong polymer formulation and material testing knowledge.
Experience with injection molding and compounding.

Responsibilities

Own and drive new product development projects for POM products.
Provide technology guidance to business, manufacturing, quality and sales teams.
Formulate, test, and optimize technology value for new products.
Support commercial product development and customer qualifications.
Collaborate across global teams to meet business goals.
