Job summary

Anthropic, a leader in AI safety, is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Manager to build and run its political law compliance program across PACs, pay-to-play, and gift rules. You will partner with Policy and Government Affairs to design workflows, registers, and controls.

You will supervise outside counsel, deliver training, and translate complex state and federal requirements into practical processes, enabling scale while upholding the highest integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of political law compliance programs including corporate PAC and pay-to-play preclearance.
• Experience designing workflows, registers and controls from scratch or major redesigns.
• Ability to manage outside counsel and vendors with timely deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the political contributions preclearance program: intake, registers, screening, recordkeeping and reconciliation.
• Support PAC compliance ops with restricted-class eligibility, solicitation review and FEC oversight.
• Maintain political giving logs and integrate pay-to-play into contract intake for public-sector deals.
• Lead or support lobbying compliance oversight: registrations, deadlines and filing status; coordinate filings with outside firms.
