Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) seeks a Senior Policy and Project Analyst GS-0301-14/15 to support the Office of the Associate Director for Training Ops. The role is located in Glynco, Georgia or Cheltenham, Maryland, with telework eligibility and a focus on advising senior leadership on policy, initiatives, and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy analysis and program management.
• Ability to brief senior leadership and draft formal recommendations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple directorates.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to the Assistant Director and Deputy Assistant Director on FLETC initiatives, operations, and programs.
• Analyze changes and initiatives and generate formal recommendations for decision makers.
• Develop perspectives and advice to implement cooperative activities and resolve policy differences.
• Oversee projects involving allocation of Directorate resources and maintain liaison with senior management.
