Job summary

The Office of Congressional & Legislative Affairs is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to provide high-level programmatic, administrative, analytical, and policy expertise. This non-supervisory role reports to the Chief of Staff and assists in managing a range of administrative and policy programs and support services.

Applicants should demonstrate experience with planning, evaluating program effectiveness, and advising senior leadership on administrative initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at GS-13 level or equivalent.
• Experience planning and managing major administrative programs with milestones.
• Ability to evaluate program effectiveness against criteria.
• Experience advising senior leadership on administrative programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level programmatic, administrative, analytical, and policy expertise to OCLA.
• Assist the Chief of Staff in managing administrative and policy programs and support services.
• Develop long-range plans, goals, objectives, and milestones for programs.
• Assess progress and outcomes of high-visibility projects.
