Qualifications

• 7+ years in insurance, financial services, accounting or related operations.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and respond within time guidelines.
• Strong time management and rapid comprehension of complex information.
• Proven project leadership and independent work capability.
• Excellent communication with external clients and internal leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer and service COLI, BOLI and non-qualified benefit plan policies.
• Manage end-to-end claims administration.
• Oversee participant administration and respond to inquiries.
• Lead client onboarding, implementation and project coordination.
• Support administration platforms, reporting and illustration management; translate business needs into solutions.
