Job summary

Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Manager of Policy, Trust, Data, and Technology to lead policy initiatives across AI, cybersecurity, privacy, data governance, and cloud computing. The role partners with the VP of Policy for TDT to shape advocacy strategies and engage stakeholders in the U.S.

and global markets. The successful candidate will manage policy analyses, draft regulatory comments, build coalitions, and represent ITI at roundtables and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in international relations, public policy, law, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant policy experience in ICT, trade associations, government, or advocacy.
• Experience on AI, online platforms, data policy, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Ability to communicate complex policy concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Strong network in ICT policy community in the U.S. and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support advocacy approaches to policy and regulatory proceedings.
• Build relationships with policy stakeholders in the U.S. and global markets.
• Conduct research and draft comments and policy materials.
• Monitor and summarize policy developments in the TDT portfolio.
• Manage one or more member committees or working groups and engagement.
• Represent ITI at roundtables or on panels within the TDT portfolio.
• Engage in direct policy advocacy with government officials.
• Contribute to the development of policy positions and strategies.
