Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support research administration for our government customer in Falls Church, VA. The role entails developing studies, analyzing program data, and providing analytical support to improve efficiency and mission effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in business or three years of BA experience, with DoD customer exposure and strong data interpretation, communication, and BI tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with DoD military and/or civilian customers.
• Ability to interpret data, draw insights and identify patterns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to stakeholders.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, BI platforms and process modeling software.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and solutions.
• Business operations understanding and financial acumen.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
