Job summary

ICF seeks a Senior Policy Analyst to support regulatory development for federal and state environmental/health programs in a fast-paced consulting setting. You will conduct applied research, build quantitative models, and analyze large datasets to inform decision-making and policy design.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with minimum 4 years relevant work experience, or PhD with minimum 2 years experience.
• Experience applying policy, science, economics to regulatory decisions is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide applied research, quantitative analysis, and consulting for environmental/public health programs.
• Develop and apply analytical models for health risk and policy assessment.
• Work on multidisciplinary teams to evaluate impacts of environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical memos, policy analyses, and client presentations.
• Interact with clients and support business development.
