Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex projects, business initiatives, or program activities with guidance to others.
• Excellent written communication skills, including writing, editing, and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management, program evaluation, policy analysis, regulatory compliance, or related work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, research, analyze, and develop on complex, high-priority projects assigned by the PRU Director.
• Assist planning, evaluation, and risk assessment of PRU and HCR initiatives.
• Analyze state and federal legislation and provide implementation impact analysis and recommendations.
• Lead and mentor the PRU team, providing consultation and guidance on projects and initiatives.
