Qualifications

• Graduation from a four-year college or university; experience in government relations or rule writing preferred.
• Knowledge of health and human services programs and procedures.
• Understanding of Texas rulemaking and legislative processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend regular schedule with agency leave policy and manage legislative tracking.
• Support rule projects, regulatory reform initiatives and project schedules.
• Analyze bills affecting regulatory services and assist with legislation tracking.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and Teams channels; monitor inboxes and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
