Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement acquisition and contracting policies.
• Assist customer in identifying necessary policy changes based on FAR changes.
• Document policy flow-down throughout the NRO Acquisition Manual.
• Review draft RFP and internal acquisition documents.
