Job summary

Air Force Civilian Service in Hampton, VA seeks a Full-Time Point Defense Intelligence Support Chief to join HQ Air Combat Command, Intelligence Directorate (A2), Readiness Division (A23) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. Salary ranges from $127,646 to $165,945 per year based on experience.

Position requires U.S. citizenship, Top Secret clearance with SCI access, and readiness to serve a 1-year or 2-year probation/trial period depending on position type. Moving expenses may be paid.

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence analysis and advising on defense operations.
• Knowledge of DoD, IC, and USAF structures and policies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop intelligence requirements.
• Experience with counter-UAS and point defense concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead intelligence advisor to the PDTF division chief.
• Develop intelligence requirements to support counter-UAS and point defense missions.
• Coordinate across CONUS and OCONUS environments with integrated planning partners.
• Provide timely assessments and defend positions with mature judgment.
