Job summary

Cintel Inc. is seeking a Senior PNT Modeling & Simulation Engineer in Huntsville, AL (Redstone Arsenal). You will lead M&S analyses, develop analytical cases, and build mission scenarios to support Army PNT initiatives and acquisition decisions.

The role requires deep GPS/GNSS knowledge, APNT, and strong written communication while collaborating with government and industry teams. Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience supporting Army or DoD PNT initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing M&S solutions for complex defense systems.
• Experience building analytical cases, mission scenarios, and simulation environments.
• Strong understanding of GPS, GNSS, APNT, inertial systems, timing, and related tech.
• Experience performing engineering analyses, trade studies, and ops assessments.
• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills.
• Active Top Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead development of M&S analyses for Army PNT initiatives.
• Develop and execute analytical cases to evaluate PNT performance.
• Build mission threads, use cases, and simulation scenarios.
• Analyze system performance in GPS-contested environments.
• Develop MOEs, MOPs, and quantitative metrics.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and engineers to define simulation requirements.
• Evaluate trade studies and architecture options using M&S tools.
• Support technical reviews, WG, and customer briefings.
• Prepare technical docs, reports, and executive briefings.
• Support experiments, demonstrations, and validation of PNT tech.
• Provide recommendations for future capability development.
