Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an Associate Director, PMO to lead the project management office for strategic programs. The role oversees a team delivering complex client programs, ensures adherence to PMO standards, and drives outcomes across budgets, scopes, and timelines.

The position emphasizes growth and development of team members, structured onboarding, risk management, and proactive escalation handling within a dynamic healthcare advertising environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Delivery and management of strategic projects and programs in an advertising agency environment.
• Ability to recognize when to step in and lead high-complexity and/or high-visibility projects.
• Program management knowledge and experience.
• Expert knowledge about how to execute all project types.
• Experience working with ambiguity and ability to mentor others in this grey area.
• Advanced risk management skills.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, advanced reporting and program-level financial management.
• Strong ability to pitch work and develop high-risk or complex estimates and timelines in a short timeframe with limited information.
• Team building and coaching abilities.
• Delegation skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage creative and strategic project/programs.
• Program and client-level staffing plans.
• Program and client reporting: health, status, risks, and milestones.
• Issue mitigation plans and escalation handling.
• Define and implement onboarding plans.
• Ensure billability of the PMO team.
• Performance evaluations and goal setting for PMO staff.
• Proactively identify program risks and manage budget, scope, and timeline.
• Oversee team workload and prioritize tasks.
• Coach and mentor team members across the group.
• Foster process adherence and improvements across projects.
