Job summary

Sandvik is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a flexible US-based role. You will drive operational and commercial projects, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results across ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms.

The role requires 7+ years of PM experience, PMP/Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certifications are preferred, and travel is expected. You will report to the VP of PMO and collaborate with a broad set of functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Seven or more years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Operations or Commercial management experience preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or change management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic operational, commercial, and digital initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, business cases, plans, budgets, and success measures.
• Manage milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Lead project governance, steering committees, executive updates, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Sales, IT.
• Deliver manufacturing improvements, S&OP, supply chain optimization, and automation.
• Deliver CRM improvements, quoting, pricing, forecasting, and sales enablement.
• Connect ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI to business outcomes.
• Lead change management, communication, readiness, training coordination, and adoption.
• Track schedule, budget, benefits, and adoption metrics.
• Apply PMO standards and capture lessons learned.
