Kaufman Rossin is seeking a PMO Lead to join the IT team, driving SAFe-based portfolio coordination and lean governance. You’ll lead value streams, facilitate PI planning, and partner with senior leaders to optimize delivery.

This role demands strong budget and executive reporting skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in PMO/Agile roles, SAFe certification, and proven experience with Jira/Jira Align or Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PMO, Agile Program Management, or Value Stream role within scaled agile environment.
• SAFe certification: SPC, SAFe Program Consultant, or SAFe LPM — mandatory for this role.
• Demonstrated PI planning facilitation and ART management experience.
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or Confluence for portfolio tracking.
• Strong budget management, financial forecasting, and executive reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management & Value Stream Coordination: manage Kanban and align with strategic goals.
• Business Intake & Demand Management: design and operate the intake mechanism and prioritize demand.
• PI Planning & ART Support: assist ceremonies, track objectives, and manage risks.
• Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Updates: produce dashboards, health reports, and QBRs.
• Lean-Agile Coaching & Continuous Improvement: coach leaders on Lean-Agile mindset and metrics.
