Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Sr. Manager, Program and Project Management for the Pharmacy Operations and Stabilization team. You will oversee end-to-end activities to resolve production stabilization issues, develop executive communications, and support readiness programs while leading a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of people management experience with direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations at the health plan level.
• Experience driving strategic projects and cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and program evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end activities to bring all pharmacy production stabilization issues to full resolution.
• Develop executive-level communications and reporting to inform stakeholders of status.
• Support annual readiness activities.
• Lead a team of professionals and drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendor partners.
