You will oversee end-to-end activities to bring pharmacy production stabilization issues to resolution and coordinate with cross-functional partners, including vendor partners, to ensure timely outcomes. Qualifikationen

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Requires 4 years of prior people management experience with direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of pharmacy operations at the health plan level.
• Experience driving strategic projects and cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership, project management, and program evaluation skills.
