Job summary

Peraton is hiring for a Project Management Office Manager/PMO in a full-time role with accountability for government experience, customer engagements, implementations, solution design governance, and service evolution across the contract lifecycle.

Must reside in the Austin, TX metro area or San Angelo, TX, with relocation to the area if needed. The role requires extensive PM oversight, experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, and working in a multi-vendor MSI environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and project management experience on government IT contracts.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale IT implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Experience working within a multi-vendor/MSI environment.
• PMP certification.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for project management, customer engagements, and implementations across the contract.
• Provide governance for solution design and manage the RFS process.
• Lead service evolution design and execution.
• Manage contract deliverables across the full contract lifecycle.
• Lead customer agency engagement activities and onboarding projects.
• Provide implementation oversight and ensure transition into operational service.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple towers and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Interface with DIR and customer agencies on project matters.
