Job summary

Peraton is hiring for a Project Management Office Manager/ PMO. This full-time role has overall accountability for governmental experience, including customer engagements, implementations, solution design governance, and service evolution across the contract.

Must be located in the Austin, TX metro area, or San Angelo, TX as applicable. The PMO Director will provide contract-wide leadership for project management, customer engagements, and on-boarding, with oversight across the MSI multi-vendor

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience, may have supervisory or lead experience.
• 8+ years of program and project management on government IT contracts.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous large-scale IT implementations.
• Experience with government IT programs and project management.
• Experience in multi-vendor/MSI environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Direct interface with DIR and government stakeholders.
• PMP certification and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall accountability for project management, customer engagements, and implementations across the contract.
• Provide governance for solution design and manage the RFS process.
• Lead service evolution design and execution.
• Manage contract deliverables across the full contract lifecycle.
• Lead customer agency engagement activities and onboarding projects.
• Provide implementation oversight and ensure successful transition into operational service.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple service towers and stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Ensure formal project deliverables meet government contract requirements.
• Interface directly with DIR and customer agencies on project-related matters.
