Job summary

DBE UTILITY SERVICES, a division of United Utility Services, seeks a full-time Sr. Project Manager for Water/Wastewater and Large HDD in Jacksonville, FL. Minimum of 5 years of senior project management experience in underground utilities is required.

The role includes end-to-end project leadership from estimating to closeout, strong coordination across disciplines, and travel to Southeast sites. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of senior project management experience in underground utilities.
• 5+ years of Estimator/Sr. Project Manager experience in W/WW underground utility construction.
• Ability to travel to Southeast job sites and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from estimating to construction closeout including bidding, procurement, controls, constructability reviews, material management, and budgeting.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Direct and coordinate activities of several disciplines on projects of moderate scope.
• Report progress, cost and schedule metrics, procurement issues, safety and environmental concerns.
• Promote open communication between customers, departments, and personnel.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements for future projects.
• Travel to job sites and client meetings within the Southeast; occasional overnight stays.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective project delivery.
