Job summary

DBE, a division of United Utility Services (UUS), is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Water/Wastewater and Large HDD at our Jacksonville, FL office. The role requires 5+ years of senior PM experience in underground utilities, with a strong focus on coordinating multi-discipline teams from estimating to closeout.

The successful candidate will lead project controls, cost management, and scheduling while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of senior project management experience in underground utilities.
• 5+ years of Estimator/Sr. Project Manager experience in Water/Wastewater underground utility construction.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to travel within the Southeast as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from estimating to construction closeout, including bidding, procurement, controls, constructability reviews, budgeting and closeout.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines; monitor schedules, scope, and costs; report progress and risks.
• Promote collaboration between field, office, and municipalities; ensure safety and compliance; travel as required.
