Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction, underground utilities or water main projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale underground utility projects and budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of underground utility projects including sewer and water main works.
• Develop and execute project plans with budgets, schedules, and risk control.
• Lead a team of professionals and contractors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on project objectives.
