Job summary

LeoForce in Blacklick, Ohio, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead transportation and roadway design projects from concept through construction, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors, managing budgets and schedules, applying ODOT standards, and using AutoCAD and Civil3D to produce detailed plans and drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Ohio.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation/roadway design and working with AutoCAD and Civil3D.
• Experience with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete construction projects from start to finish to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to implement project plans.
• Oversee design/construction of transportation and roadway elements including drainage.
• Ensure compliance with ODOT regulations and applicable laws.
• Develop detailed plans using AutoCAD, Civil3D, and related tools.
• Model hydrology/hydraulics to inform design decisions and mitigate flooding.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources; report progress to stakeholders.
