Job summary

Piper Companies is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Sterile Injectables to lead cross-functional tech transfer projects in a fast-paced CDMO environment. You will own detailed plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless handoffs from customer through to commercial manufacturing on the East Coast.

The role requires 5+ years of pharma project management in sterile injectables, plus direct CDMO experience and deep knowledge of aseptic processing, sterile fill-finish, and cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Direct CDMO experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading tech transfer projects for sterile injectables.
• Strong understanding of aseptic processing, sterile fill-finish operations and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional tech transfer projects for sterile injectable drug products, from customer handoff through commercial manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced CDMO environment.
