Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation seeks a Senior MSAT Engineer to lead sterile formulation development, process transfer, and scale-up for injectable products. You will work with clients, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure robust, scalable, aseptic manufacturing readiness.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in sterile drug product development and manufacturing, with strong capability in process characterization and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sterile formulation development.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no C2C).

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation assessment and process transfer activities.
• Review development reports and manufacturing records.
• Support development and optimization of sterile injectable formulations.
• Establish CPPs and CQAs for processes.
• Author process descriptions and manufacturing instructions.
• Support manufacturing campaigns and troubleshoot deviations.

Education

Bachelor of Science in: Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Related discipline
