Job summary

eHouse Studio is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will drive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, manage resources, and handle change orders to maximize value.

The role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and leveraging Agile methodologies across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ Project Management experience.
• 3+ years’ client-facing experience, ideally with leadership and C-suite teams.
• Proven experience with Shopify Plus required.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects across distributed teams.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with an emphasis on Agile process.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to ensure successful delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage change orders and upsell opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Drive billable utilization for projects and resources and raise issues when under-utilized.
• Manage unbillable project investment to ensure billing for resources utilized.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
