Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and/or financial support.
• Experience with government source selection (required for Mid/Senior).
• Knowledge of federal contracting environment.
• Understanding of federal business systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support across the full research program lifecycle (development, source selection, execution, closeout, transition).
• Coordinate with client Program Managers, research performers, evaluation contributors, and transition organizations.
• Develop and manage spend plans, funding documentation, and financial briefings.
• Monitor performance against plan and identify budget variances.
• Provide administrative and lifecycle support including document review, records management, meeting coordination, and logistics.
