Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the self-serve SMB experience for Shopify-style sellers. You will lead the roadmap, partner with AI researchers, and determine what to ship and why to help grow ARR.

Based in Paris with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) and relocation support, you will stay close to users, translate feedback into features, and use data to guide strategy and decisions.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a PM with multiple launches, showing the user problem ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Experience shipping in B2B SaaS with self-serve Growth, retention, and pricing.
• Proven data fluency: pull, interpret, and form a point of view using data.

Responsibilities

• Own the self-serve product for SMB customers from idea to shipped feature.
• Define the user problem and collaborate with design/engineering to ship intuitive work.
• Turn AI capabilities into shipped products that drive usage and ARR.
• Talk to e-commerce sellers weekly to feed roadmap decisions.
• Use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes after launch.
