Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead complex, secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.

Responsibilities include capital planning, budgeting, scheduling, and managing teams of consultants and contractors while maintaining client relationships and ensuring cost savings and value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
• 7–10 years practical construction project management experience.
• 3–5 years experience with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST.
• Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage medium to large secured environment and interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of accounting/financial reporting, budgeting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support capital plan development and define project scope, aligning with long-term business goals.
• Develop detailed project budgets (hard/soft costs) and perform value engineering.
• Provide budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, permits, consultant selection, design team and contractor management across all phases.
• Assemble and manage teams of consultants/contractors and monitor performance.
• Track KPIs and financials; maintain client relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Provide on-site supervision to meet performance criteria and manage cash flows and monthly reports.
• Lead multiple secured environment development projects and corporate interiors within ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Identify liabilities and risks; apply JLL playbook for risk management.
