Faire is seeking a highly analytical product leader for our Discovery pillar to own the algorithms powering search. This role sits at the intersection of data science, marketplace strategy, and execution, collaborating with a world-class team to drive clear, measurable improvements.

Ideal candidates have deep analytical DNA, strong ability to define crisp goals, and experience with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a highly analytical role.
• Proficient in deriving insights from data and challenging methods.
• Translating objectives into precise goals.
• Execution rigor across multi-dependency projects.
• Understanding two-sided marketplace dynamics.
• Experience collaborating with ML/DS teams.
• Experience in search, recommendations, or ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on a strategy that takes our search algorithms to the next level.
• Own a product roadmap for one of our search algorithm areas—connected to business outcomes.
• Direct the analytical work of the pod with analytics partners and data science.
• Build trusted partnerships across ML Platform, Discovery Infrastructure, and adjacent teams.
• Represent the team's strategy and progress to leadership with analytical confidence.
