Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a data‑driven leader to own the Discovery pillar’s search algorithms and to work closely with a world‑class data science team. You will translate business goals into a crisp analytics strategy, guiding a pod across ranking, retrieval, and query understanding to drive marketplace outcomes.

While not a traditional PM role, we value deep analytical DNA and the ability to perform strategy and analytics work with credibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a highly analytical role (strategy/analytics, data science, or analytical consulting).
• Comfort working with data, ability to generate insights and frame questions.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into clear goals.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration across ML and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to elevate our search algorithms.
• Own a data-grounded roadmap for a search area (ranking, retrieval, query understanding).
• Direct analytical work of the pod with analytics and data science partners.
• Build partnerships across ML Platform, Discovery Infrastructure, and Search teams.
• Represent strategy and progress to leadership with analytical confidence.
