Faire is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Search Algorithms to own the roadmap and strategy for advanced search capabilities. You will collaborate with data scientists and ML platforms to translate insights into prioritized product work and measurable marketplace impact.

The role emphasizes analytics-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to connect algorithmic work to business outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a highly analytical role with business judgment.
• Strong data fluency and ability to frame analytical questions.
• Experience in search, recommendations, or ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on a strategy that takes our search algorithms to the next level.
• Own a product roadmap for one of our search algorithm areas (ranking, retrieval, or query understanding) with clear priorities and business impact.
• Direct the analytical work of the pod with data science partners to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and translate findings into priorities.
• Build partnerships across ML Platform, Discovery Infrastructure, and adjacent teams while delivering on shared goals.
• Represent the team's strategy and progress to leadership with analytical confidence.
