Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Salesforce and Order-to-Cash initiatives in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will coordinate business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive planning and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong Agile leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project Management, Program Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading technology projects involving Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across Salesforce, O2C, and related initiatives.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams and facilitate ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, Salesforce teams, developers, and QA to define priorities.
