GSquared Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Salesforce and Order-to-Cash initiatives in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will coordinate business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive planning and successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

The role requires strong Agile leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading technology projects involving Salesforce.

Project Manager / Scrum Master – Salesforce & Order-to-Cash

Location: Atlanta, GA

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate our client's technology initiatives involving Salesforce and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to drive projects from planning through successful delivery.

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of project management, Agile/Scrum leadership, Salesforce experience, and Order-to-Cash process knowledge. This person should be comfortable operating in a complex enterprise environment, managing multiple workstreams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and keeping teams aligned on priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across Salesforce, Order-to-Cash, and related business/technology initiatives.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, developers, QA, and other technical resources to define priorities and delivery objectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to ensure requirements, priorities, and expectations are clearly understood.
• Coordinate Salesforce enhancements, integrations, implementations, and process improvements.
• Apply knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, including areas such as customer/account management, quoting, orders, fulfillment, invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate solutions across Salesforce and downstream/upstream systems.
• Track sprint and project progress and proactively escalte blockers or delivery risks.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, testing, release planning, and change management activities are completed.
• Provide clear project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Help teams continuously improve Agile delivery practices, processes, and team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Scrum Master roles.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience leading technology projects involving Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ability to translate between business requirements and technical delivery teams.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile/project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise applications.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, billing, order management, or financial systems.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of downstream and upstream dependencies within the O2C lifecycle.
