Job summary

Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roofing, cladding and building envelope packages on a major Data Centre project in Sweden. You will manage site operations from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of PM experience in roofing/cladding, strong leadership, fluent English, and willingness to work in Sweden on a 10/4 rotation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering roofing, cladding or building envelope projects; data centre/industrial sectors desirable.
• Fluent English; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead roofing, cladding and building envelope delivery on a Data Centre project.
• Coordinate Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Develop programmes and resource plans; monitor budgets and safety.
