Arcon Recruitment Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead roofing, cladding and building envelope packages on a major Data Centre project in Sweden. You will manage site operations from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, quality and programme.

The role requires a degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 10+ years of PM experience in roofing/cladding, strong leadership, fluent English, and willingness to work in Sweden on a 10/4 rotation.

Qualifications

Senior Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding | Sweden

Our client, a leading specialist roofing and cladding contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Data Centre project in Sweden.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional with a strong background in roofing, cladding, façades or the building envelope sector who enjoys managing high-value international projects.

Working on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation, you will take full responsibility for project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Fluent English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of roofing, cladding and building envelope packages on a major Data Centre project.
• Manage all site operations from mobilisation through to project completion.
• Coordinate Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and resource plans.
• Chair client, design and subcontractor meetings.
• Ensure all works comply with contract specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts and commercial performance.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety across all project activities.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to the project team.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years’ Project Management experience.
• Previous experience delivering roofing, cladding or building envelope projects.
• Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial or Commercial construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Willingness to work in Sweden on a 10/4 rotation.
