Alexander Technology Group is seeking a Senior Project / Program Manager to join our Enterprise PMO in Newton, MA. This Direct Hire, hands-on role focuses on delivering complex, enterprise-wide initiatives across business and technology.

You will own multiple workstreams, establish governance, manage budgets and vendors, and report to executive leadership. A PMP, 10+ years' experience, and a Bachelor's degree are required, with proficiency in Smartsheet/MS Project/Planview.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of project and program management experience.
• 5+ years leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with governance, change management, and vendor management.
• Budget ownership and executive communication.
• Experience with PM tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Planview.

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs from planning through implementation and stabilization.
• Develop integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish program governance, executive reporting, and steering committee processes.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, vendor relationships, and program risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Drive change management, process improvements, and organizational adoption.
• Provide executive leadership with clear updates on program progress, risks, and decisions.
