Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager to lead launch experiences and self-serve tooling that reduce operational toil across setup, onboarding, maintenance, and optimization of all EvenUp instances. You will empower personal injury law firms and internal ops with data mapping tools and scalable product lines that accelerate value delivery.

This is a hybrid role with at least three days per week in our offices, with hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B product management with automation of workflows and data transformations.
• Track record of shipping products driving customer adoption and impact.
• Proficient with PRDs, user stories, customer interviews, QA and GTM enablement.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact, operationally inefficient workflows and prioritize improvements.
• Design and ship self-serve tooling, starting with data mapping tools.
• Own success metrics for product-led growth: firms implemented, time-to-implement, operator hours.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate processes into scalable products.
• Write PRDs and user stories, run customer conversations, build QA tests, and enablement materials.
• Incorporate LLM/LMM tech with guardrails and feedback loops to drive growth.
