Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Customer-first focus with automation, usability and low-friction integration.
• Knowledge of compute resource management, rack orchestration, and hardware-level APIs.
• Understanding of routing management, IP configuration, and network redundancy.
• Experience with developing business and technical models.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols and enterprise security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery roadmaps to meet capacity and feature goals.
• Operationalize security tools and provide extensible infrastructure.
• Develop business analyses and financial models for business cases.
• Support internal teams, developers and stakeholders while scaling systems.
• Manage lifecycle of core system components including technical debt and EOL decisions.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and suppliers to align roadmaps with product goals.
• Represent user objectives and drive enhancements for proactive monitoring and maintenance.
