Bradshaw Home is seeking a founding PMO member to own end-to-end NPD programs, driving concept to retail launch across multiple teams. This role shapes PMO standards, builds partnerships, and positions project management as a strategic driver of execution excellence.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Sourcing, and Operations to align priorities, risks, and delivery expectations while establishing scalable processes for future launches.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Typically 7–10+ years of professional experience, including extensive ownership of complex NPD programs.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and PMO leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive multiple NPD programs through Phase Gate processes with integrated timelines.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate decision-making with product, marketing, R&D, engineering, and operations.
• Identify and manage risks across programs; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Provide clear, strategic updates to leadership on risks, trade-offs, and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and standards.
