Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) seeks a BUSINESS MANAGER to lead the PMO for a US Army Special Operations Contract. The role focuses on program execution, governance, and financial performance across a complex global enterprise. You will coordinate with the Program Manager, Operations Manager, and support staff to achieve program success while ensuring cost, schedule and scope adherence.

The position requires Top Secret eligibility, US citizenship, and is based at Ft. Bragg, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 15+ years leading programs or project controls.
• Active PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP quickly.
• Demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule and cost on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PMO operations for a large global enterprise contract.
• Maintain program governance, controls, CAM processes and performance reporting.
• Lead alignment with Program Manager, Operations Manager and project teams to deliver on scope, cost and schedule.
• Develop and pursue proposals, pricing strategies and Basis of Estimate (BOE).
• Foster a culture of honesty, inclusion and high performance within the team.
