Job summary

Happen Bank in San Francisco is seeking a senior product manager to lead marketing data products and the Customer Data Platform. You will own the roadmap from discovery through delivery, partnering with marketing, credit strategy, and engineering to translate insights into customer-ready features.

You’ll shape AI-enabled decisioning, personalization, and campaign optimization while managing external partners and ensuring regulatory rigor.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to own end-to-end product areas from strategy to execution.
• Strong data analytics and ability to turn model outputs into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for marketing data products and CDP.
• Drive AI and agentic solutions for smarter marketing insights.
• Collaborate with credit strategy, marketing, and engineering to turn insights into capabilities.
• Manage external partner ecosystem including credit bureaus and martech/adtech platforms.
• Write clear product requirements with defined acceptance criteria; prioritize using data and AI.
