Baringa is seeking an experienced Senior Manager/Director to join our Digital & Technology practice in Houston, TX. You will lead complex commodity trading transformation programs, combining domain expertise with program leadership and technology delivery across ETRM implementations, business process redesign, operating model transformation, and multi-vendor environments.

You will guide programs from mobilization through delivery, business readiness, cutover and transition into operations,

• You’ve led large-scale transformation programs across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience establishing and leading PMOs with governance, planning and reporting.
• Experience in Commodities & Energy Trading, trading lifecycle, risk and operations.
• Delivered or overseen ETRM/CTRM implementations or similar tech-enabled change.
• Able to engage executive stakeholders and drive delivery in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex business and technology transformation programs for Commodities & Energy Trading clients.
• Oversee full program lifecycle from mobilization to BAU transition.
• Establish and lead high-performing PMOs with governance and financial oversight.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate objectives into delivery plans.
• Provide delivery assurance and program recovery, resolving risks and issues.
• Manage multidisciplinary client, vendor, and SI teams and coach consultants.
• Support business development through client relationship building and proposal shaping.
