Qualifications

• 8 years' experience with application development and project management across the SDLC for large systems.
• 10 years' experience creating detailed workplans using automated tools.
• 10 years' experience in technical writing and documentation.
• 10 years' MS Office product experience (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word).
• 3 years' experience with system modernization projects.
• 5 years' experience completing testing (unit, development, system, UAT).
• 2 years' experience with SharePoint including access administration.
• 10 years' experience working with business customers to document requirements and design deliverables.
• 3 years' experience with data conversion and data management.
• 2 years' experience executing and documenting test decks for IV-D system certification.
• 3 years' experience with ALM tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Project management and coordination of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid approaches.
• Managing action items, backlog, risks, issues, and communication plans; assisting with process improvements and resource tracking.
• Serves as liaison between business and technical partners.
• Understanding business and technical objectives; documenting risks and mitigation plans; tracking issues and barriers to resolution.
