Qualifications

• 5+ years as PM with sole accountability for the project.

Responsibilities

• Assemble a full-time team to execute the project.
• Oversee the Project Execution Plan development and implementation.
• Lead FEL process, gate reviews, and management approvals.
• Manage contracting strategy, contractor evaluation, bids and awards.
• Control cost, schedule, procurement and project cash flow.
