Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking highly experienced Senior Project Managers to lead capital and operational projects in highly regulated industrial environments. This role requires a seasoned professional who can independently manage projects end‑to‑end and has a strong command of the decision gate process—from initial scoping and budgeting through execution, closeout, and handover, within an integrated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle ownership with assigned budgets.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget development and cost control.
• Direct experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Superior communication skills with senior project management peers and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements in nuclear and regulated environments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with engineering, operations, finance, and regulatory teams using PM frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Track financial performance and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear, concise project reporting to leadership.
