Axon seeks a Senior PM II for RF Detection & Tracking in Sterling, VA. You will drive the technical roadmap, overseeing RF strategies and engineering collaboration. This role demands extensive experience in RF and product management, focusing on enhancing detection capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PM experience with 5+ in RF, wireless, ML/RFML, radar, or signal-processing.
• Proven track record of shipping a classification or detection product with measurable accuracy improvement.
• Working knowledge of TDoA, RF geolocation, and ML classification concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own RF Detection & Tracking end-to-end.
• Partner with RF Engineering, Hardware, and Data Science.
• Drive competitive posture in classification accuracy and spectrum breadth.
• Write PRDs that survive RF engineering critique.
• Engage with federal, DoD, and critical-infrastructure operators.
